March 25th in the park

I went on a short walk before we left for Brooklyn and found the morning light interesting.

Earlier, some fog hung over the pond.

Grandpa and granddaughter

This picture was taken by my son-in-law Sean during our November visit to Brooklyn. I'm now using it as my official Facebook picture because I feel it accurately represents my current self-image, and when I posted it the photo was widely complimented because of its quality and her beauty.

Last snow of the season?

We're now a couple of days into spring, and it's rare to have snow this late. March is notariously unpredictable, however, so we'll see. These pictures were taken a few weeks ago'
